“We purchased this townhouse (before and after pictures shown) and wanted a fairly extensive renovation done, including expanding the 2 front bedrooms, building a whole new upper deck and removing the lower deck, building a ground floor entry room, renovating 2 bathrooms and enlarging one of those, adding an outdoor (enclosed) shower, new roof, new tankless propane water heater, replacing all floors with luxury vinyl tile, replacing all front windows and slider on the deck, removing all wood paneling throughout as well as all popcorn ceiling, replacing all doors, repainting entire interior and front exterior of house. Tom Stalheber is our builder and is president of OBCR. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of planning and completing an extensive renovation as ours was. We have been so impressed that we're proceeding with another addition on the upper floor extending and completely renovating the kitchen and eating area.
