Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Artline completed a full renovation of my apartment: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting and fireplace remodelling plus much more. Abe and his crew were fantastic to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were extremely professional at all times and worked tirelessly to help me create my dream home within the budget I had. Even more impressive is that Artline managed to complete the entire job without one complaint from my coop. In fact several neighbors mentioned how considerate and tidy they were. “I had my kitchen redone. Everything from installing a new center island with a gas range and wall oven unit to a new backsplash with under cabinet lighting and high end tile flooring. Joe and his crew exceeded our expectations many times over. Joe gave us a very detailed and precise estimate along with making us aware of all the possible design options as well as product options. Along the way he would also explain us things wherever needed with online videos, pictures and sometimes based from his experience. He spent significant amount of time to make sure we understood all the project details and were absolutely happy with the options we had selected. Once the project begun, there was no looking back. Him and his crew were absolute professionals. Very punctual with their schedule, very precise with their work with great quality and no surprises on the way. They finished the project before schedule and within budget with superb quality. Joe was always available over the phone and in person whenever needed for questions regarding the project. I wouldn't have asked for anything any different.”

“I highly recommend Phoenix Construction. I was interested in having the siding and roof replaced due to aging. I received 3 estimates for the work and Phoenix was the most complete and within my budget. The suggestions provided by Joe R. the owner were most useful and did not add to the cost of the job. He gave excellent advice in regards to the color of the siding and roof. His recommendations included a dry well to eliminate a previous flooding and icing conditions. Joe also recommended replacing a door to match all the new siding and roof. The work was done in a timely manner and done to the satisfaction of my wife and I. Even after the work was done Joe, noticed a couple of items that were not up to his standards and made his workers correct them to his satisfaction. Once again his work was excellent and my neighbor so impressed with his work that he hired him and was as pleased with his work as well.”

“Classic Construction recently re-sided my house and replaced all of the windows, doors and trim. i couldn't be happier with the results and the way they went about doing the work. The crew displayed the utmost professionalism, and anytime a decision needed to be made or a question came up, Ian and his crew were there to provide guidance and asked the right questions to find out what was going to work best for us. They did the job on time and on budget and the finished product is great.”

“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”
