“We chose Eric to design a 430 sq foot game room, with walk-in 'pantry, built-ins etc in 2010. The kitchen wall was knocked down so the game-room and kitchen are open with a granite bar between them. Great work. He went from color pencil concept sketches, thru approval drawings and finals. The end result is very open and light, with a very large custom skylight providing natural light to the pool table by day. My wife loves the walk-in pnatry. Very personable and smart fellow. Not too expensive.”

We love our new home it’s what we always dreamed of, Preston and his design team created a story book house plan of pictures we gathered through the years, they created formal areas and our lounging areas for our growing family. Living a very active family life with the kids playing sports they suggested so many ideas to help us organize all the different equipment, special mounting items that you just don’t think of or realize you can do that. My closet is to die for, I have builtins for my clothes, display cabinets for my shoes, hand bags and some of my jewelry. I have a dressing area in there with long mirrors giving me the ability to check my self at different angles before I leave, my make up area and all the special compartments, drawers it is just so organized and easy. Alberto did outstanding work custom building our cabinetry with many of them being custom furniture pieces. We have been in for several months now and we love the tankless hot water heaters, we had thirty family members stay during the holidays and they were complaining about don’t take long showers leave me some hot water, remember last year you used it all, we didn’t say anything and after a few days they started talking about never running out of hot water, we told them about the whole house tankless system and they couldn’t believe nearly 40 people were able to shower daily, cloths washers going, the dishwashers and not once did anyone run out of hot water. The 2x6 walls and the foam insulation, encapsulated attic with 21 seer duel fuel heat pump, our utility bill is half of what we previously paid and we have twice the square footage. We put our faith and trust in them and they delivered above and beyond our expectations. These are just a few of the items I can put into words and there are so many more it’s just so hard to describe it all. Happy, joyful is an understatement.
