“Mike at Premium was a tremendous help in the complete renovation and remodelling of several properties in Victoria. His expertise and knowledge of both the design and construction of a complex project like these helped make them all successful. There were many design decisions that were needed to maximize the usability of the space, as we transferred many of the properties into highly desirable rental suites. Our tenants loved the final designs. Mike's expertise about the the full project scope (design, permits, construction, market) prevented us from making costly mistakes, while also enhancing the properties in their completed state. We will continue to work with Mike, and can't recommend him enough. The projects that we completed with Mike yielded properties that were instantly rented to long term tenants.”

“What can I say about Josh, well, many things, but here is the nails and wood of who he is as a professional...My partner and I recently hired him to design a water facing home. He jumped right to work in meeting us at the property to check it out. He provided a very reasonable quote for his services. And then the design services began...he is so prompt in his work, he is versed in understanding and will guide you in the permit, contracting, and engineering aspects as well. “Grenor Homes firstly are a highly organized crew of builders. They always have very experienced trades working with on site. I painted one of their projects and have to say they were the best contractors I have worked with here in BC. Their site was always kept very clean while work was taking place. Everything was completed to a high standard which made it easy for trades to work in sync. I would highly recommend Dan and Greg the owners of Grenor Homes to anyone who wanted to work with honest, reliable and hard working contractors, both are extremely detailed oriented and both will not except anything less than a perfect job from their workers. If you are looking for a home builder who will make sure everything from start to the finish is completed to the highest possible standard these are the guys who will provide that service. I have seen every side of their work from the early stages to the finish and you would find it extremely hard to hire better contractors anywhere.”
