“RHC pretty much remodeled my whole house over 12 weeks. I had received several bids both higher some much higher and some lower. I felt the lower bids where not listening and under estimating the work involved and I would be in trouble as we went along. RHC listened, was thorough and also expressed a number of good ideas. The team was on time, worked hard, kept everything as clean as possible. Ricky checked in daily and made sure everything stayed on track. With most major projects their was some scope creep due to my wife and I coming up with new ideas, RHC listened gave us the cost of anything additional and were more than fair. There were a couple issues along the way, but Ricky stepped in and made sure everything was done right. In the end they did a fantastic job and I will use them again. The house came out better than when it was new construction. In 30 years in Houston this is the best contractor I have ever worked with. “After the Hurricane Harvey rebuild of our home, there were two cabinet doors that were damaged by our builder (not Framestead). The builder replaced with unfinished doors but told us to find our own contractor to do the staining. The local Sherwin Williams store recommended Framestead and their "stain expert", Jose.
