“I needed all the carpet in the house restretched as another installer had not done it correctly 6 years ago. Also, there was an area that had been burned/melted by an iron that needed to be cut out and patched. Richard was recommended by HomeAdvisor [homeownercare@mp.servicemagic.com] and contacted me within 2 hours. We scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, he quoted me a price which I thought was resonable, and then he showed up on time and did all the work within schedule and quote - impressive! I have been very pleased with the results as the carpet is presentable again and I do not have to buy new.”

“We hired Creative Carpet and Tile to redo our old outdated master bath that was in need of some updating. We are new to hiring out this kind of job the most we ever had done was a new roof or air conditioning. Sammie made it easy by telling me what our options were and how much it would cost. That was easy and Mark was on time, stayed to the price agreed upon and cleaned up after himself and his helper. Sammie helped me pick the right tile and gave me helpful ideas. The plumber they suggested was great too. They made our bathroom tilting job so much easier start to finish. We were looking at Bath Fitters and spent less and got more from our local tile business. I am proud to show off our new master bath.”

“We worked with Wally Ashe at Beretta tile and he did a great job helping us find what we needed as well as making suggestions for design. Beretta is not set up as a glitzy show room like a "Tiles R Us" but don't be misled. Their inventory is vast and they have unique items if you want something different than the currently trending look. They let you take samples home without making you pay and process a return when you bring it back.”
