“We just bought a house that needed new carpet in all bedrooms, and tile in the bathroom. They worked very close with us to get us the best deal for the best price. Most of the carpet we chose was in stock. They were very helpful picking out carpet and tile that would match, as well as giving us other suggestions and possible combinations. They were very clean and considerate when putting the tile and carpet down, even cleaning up their mess if they made one. The only bad thing is they gave us a 3 week timeline to put in the carpet and tile, and it ended up being almost 6 weeks because of the supplier. So it wasn't the company's fault they were late on the timeline, but they should not have been so specific on the time.”

“Their decorating personnel helped me with color details. We re-floored our main first floor. Carpet, deraceramic and hardwood floors were put in. Get many compliments on my carpet pattern. People think my deraceramic is actual ceramic floor. Loved the way they layed out my deraceramic. Going back with them to start all bedroom flooring.”

Their showroom is not much to look at, but they have a good selection and their customer service is very good. My calls and emails were answered or returned in a timely manner. Estimates, quotes and payment process was orderly and understandable. We were looking for environmentally sustainable carpet and hardwood; and we were able to find all the brands and styles we wanted at Carpet Warehouse. The carpet was installed in a professional manner and we've been living happily in our new home enjoying our flooring for a few years now. They even figured out how to wrap our open tread staircases with carpet to make it easier for little ones to go up and down the stairs safely. “06-18-2014 $80,000 Interior project "Our project consisted of a complete gut and then remodel of the kitchen 5 rooms and powder bath. We chose to use Teppo for the entire remodeling project. Kevin made several visits to the house in the evening, bringing samples of cabinets, counters and flooring. He coordinated a showroom visit after hours for us. He was knowledgeable and easily addressed concerns about several small details in the remodeling process. In the process, Kevin did not over-promise or gloss over specifics. The price quote was in line with four other quotes that we had received but we saved a considerable amount by using Teppo's wholesale connections - a savings that we applied towards nicer outfitting of the kitchen cabinets and quartz counter tops. Teppo's cabinet and counter top vendor discounts were also substantial. We are excited to begin the project in the next few weeks.
