“In April, 2011 we purchased hand-scraped hardwood flooring and several light fixtures. The owners, Brian and Gail, could not have been better!! Gail assisted me in choosing the flooring and lighting, while keeping my budget in mind. During the installation of the wood flooring, Brian even showed up unexpectantly at my home checking on the installers making sure I was happy with their work and if I had any questions. i have since been in their store and I always feel like an old friend. Love my my wood floors and new lighting....could not be happier. :) I would highly recommend their store and services!!”

“My parents had used Cox's to re-carpet their home and were impressed with their service and responsiveness. We hired Cox's Fine Floors to replace existing ceramic tile flooring in our new house with hardwood flooring. We met with Randy and Gary on two separate occasions and they thoroughly explained the hardwood flooring options, advantages/disadvantages of each, and answered our many questions. As part of the install, they had to demolish and remove +/- 3,000 sf of ceramic tile flooring. Their crew was prompt and hung plastic in all areas to minimize the dust. Randy checked-in on a regular basis (as this job took several weeks from beginning to end) and was responsive to any concerns I had along the way. The end result was nothing short of amazing and the job they did to customize the foyer with a herringbone pattern was the icing on the cake. We would not hesitate to use Cox's again for any future flooring needs.”
