“This was our first visit and it was quite honestly faultless, Lucy was extremely friendly and informative regarding the product we were interested in and explained all the different options as well. After deciding on the piece we wanted the ordering process was easy and simple (very rare happening in our experience). We didn't even have to reach out to Lucy or her staff, they would provide constant updates of progress and delivery. The workmanship, purchasing process and delivery was Outstanding!!!! “We used smart carpet in 2010. They installed 3/4" Brazilian Cherry in our upstairs hallway and two bedrooms. The job came out great. One thing to note is that Brazilian Cherry does darken over time. In my opinion the darkened cherry look made the floor look even richer.”

His attitude , meeting deadlines, budgets,worked well with my maintenace men was all excellent. His professionalisim was evident in all projects he worked on for us. In particular our job was a commercial project for offices & we had a situation where we needed to have work done on a Sunday to meet a deadline as the furniture was being delievered tht Monday morning & he accomodated our request & got everything done.”

“A friend recommended that I go to Ramtown when I bought my house. I needed new carpet on my staircase and in the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. I also wanted a custom area rug to cover the wood floor in the master bedroom. Nancy and Pam recommended great options for both areas and we are so happy with the look and performance of what we chose. They do not work on commission so everyone in the showroom including Cindy is always willing to help anyone who walks in and there is no high pressure like other stores we went to. Even better the prices were really great. The installers were professional and the customer service manager Tommy, followed up to make sure we were happy and that all went well. We have other rooms to do in this big house and so when we need wood, tile or carpet we will definitely go to Ramtown. In fact my sister in law is getting her floors from them now too.”
