“We have been a customer of Creative Floors over the past eleven years. Most recently, we decided to renovate part of our house and re-floor the rest of the house. Bob Hapka was very helpful in showing us all the alternatives and allowing us to take many samples home for consideration. He provided a very competitive price for materials and installation. Bob was very responsive in person, over the phone and even with email as we made our choices and scheduled the installation. We have completed the first phase of the flooring. The installers from Creative Floors showed up on time, did a very professional job and thoroughly cleaned up all work debris before they left. The finished product, a luxury vinyl plank called COREtec, looks great. Creative Floors also provided the porcelain tile that was used for our new bathroom and shower. Because of the continued good service and products we have enjoyed from Creative Floors, we are now busy selecting the flooring for the remaining areas of our home. It is a 20-minute drive from our house to Creative Floors and we pass many flooring stores along the way, but it is worth the drive to get service and prices that exceed our expectations.”

They also moved our furniture and restretched our upstairs carpet which had ripples in several spots. “I'm not the type to post reviews on social media, but felt I needed to share my experience with Elite Carpet. I have owned my home for many years and as you can image the kids and dogs got the better of our carpet. My husband and I shopped around and compared prices. We had a fixed budget we were determined to stick to. When we met with Richard Rokowski he was polite, punctual, and professional. After meeting with Richard we were pleased to learn we could not only replace the carpet, but our budget also allowed us to put new laminate flooring in our dining room. I was more than thrilled. With the holidays coming, I won't be embarrassed to have family over. Richard did an amazing job on the installation and the carpet was top quality. I would highly recommend Elite Carpet to anyone. About a week after the installation, Richard even called to make sure we were happy with the product and installation. My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner.”

“After shopping several flooring companies my wife and I decided that Designer Floors by Nickel Tile was the one we were most comfortable with. Our first project was to replace all the vinyl flooring in the wet areas of our home with porcelain tiles. The job took 4+ days. They removed the toilets, dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator. Everything they moved was installed back in place properly and in a timely manner. The crew was skillful, polite, clean and professional. Shortly after the tile work was completed we decided to replace the wall-to-wall carpet in the living/dining area with laminated hardwood flooring. Again we shopped and found Designer Floors by Nickel Tile to offer a quality product at a reasonable cost. It was a different crew to install the wood flooring and they too completed the job to the highest standard. I worked in the service business for many years and know that there is no better advertisement than a happy customer. The staff at Designer Floors by Nickel Tile always made me feel like a valued customer providing service that was tailored to my needs. If I were to do it all again I wouldn’t change a thing.”

“We've used Warehouse Flooring since we bought our house thirty years ago. The quality of their flooring and their prices can't be beat. Their carpet installers are very professional, however their laminate floor layers aren't as highly qualified. They don't know how to do stairs or corners. Instead of being level, the steps are enclosed. My husband even fell when he stepped on the edge of the step and the edge piece came loose. We have had to hammer the finishing nails back in and used liquid nails to keep the edge pieces from coming off when stepped on. The installer did come back and reinstalled the piece that came off and told us not to step on the edge pieces when we use the steps. The steps are not long enough NOT to step on those pieces. We are extremely satisfied with the flooring, but we know we will have to get someone else to fix the steps and corners.”
