“Donna Bishop, owner and operator of Foyers and Beyond is a gem. I needed new carpeting for my bedrooms, one of which got damaged by a water leak, and she was the total answer to my needs. She not only came to the house to measure my floors, but she took the time to get to know my decorating style and the colors I use and prefer in my house. She then asked me about my overall plan for the bedrooms. I told her I was having trouble deciding on color and fabric and design and that this was a big deal to me as once the carpet was down it was going to be down for a very long time. I did not want to make a mistake and go with something I would grow tired of or find dull or boring later on or something that would not hold up under wear and tear. She is the ultimate in professionalism and decorating and has 30 years experience in the flooring business. She KNOWS HER STUFF. She took the time to educate me, work with me, and give me numerous ideas and suggestions for the overall look, color, and comfort I desired. She made me think a little bit outside of the box and consider some ideas that I had not even thought of when looking to replace my carpets. The other carpet companies I had contacted were nice and some were helpful, but Donna at Foyers and Beyond was not just trying to sell me a product, she was trying to help me get what I needed and wanted at the best possible price, and be satisfied and pleased with the final product and look in my house.
