“Allison in the showroom was very professional and helpful when I was trying to choose carpeting for my 2 sets of steps. Stacy brought the samples I had chosen to my home so that I could see how they looked with my flooring and my walls. The 2 men who installed the carpeting did an excellent job. “We called Mr. Dixon about our interest in purchasing and having engineered wood floors installed in our living room, family room, dinning room, hall, and master bedroom. He seemed very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions, so we scheduled an estimate with him. Mr. Dixon arrived to look at our project when he said he would, so that was good, and he brought several samples of the type of flooring we described to him, (two of which we liked) so that was good too. We purchased an engineered wood floor by neuvelle through them, Mike delivered it, and scheduled the install for the following week. Anyways to make a long story shorter, from the first phone call, through the finishing of the installation, I found Mr. Dixon to be really down to earth, informative, professional, and seemed like he had our best interests in mind. Our floors look great, and to be honest, the whole thing was less stressful than I expected. We would be happy to recommend them. good job, Mike and Steve :-)”

“Originally stopped in to compare prices. They were about the same, but the friendly staff and help in answering questions led us to pick them for the first job we needed. I had already put in 1 small room of laminate myself and knew I didn't have the time, or with my bad back, the ability to do our master bedroom. They have a great selection of mid and upper grade floors. The best part which had us go back 2 more times were the installers. The best In the business. Perfect cuts, polite, fast, excellent results. Then after an insurance claim for water damage, they did it again. Replaced a wood floor and put in vinyl wood look floor in laundry. 5 STARS.”

“Don't let the Eustis address confuse you. Apex covers most of Central Florida! We've had Apex treat several carpet cleaning jobs which were down right scary and Apex has been able to make most of our carpets presentable. (Sometimes it gets so bad that all you can do is replace the carpet and Apex will let you know when it gets to that point). I've been very impressed with Apex Carpet. They've always been very responsive to our requests and offer highly competitive pricing. Alicia is a pro and an awesome representative for the company. If she doesn't have a ready answer (rare), she'll get it to you in a very timely manner. I've worked with several carpet cleaners, but no one has done a better job than Apex.”

“After shopping several flooring companies my wife and I decided that Designer Floors by Nickel Tile was the one we were most comfortable with. Our first project was to replace all the vinyl flooring in the wet areas of our home with porcelain tiles. The job took 4+ days. They removed the toilets, dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator. Everything they moved was installed back in place properly and in a timely manner. The crew was skillful, polite, clean and professional. Shortly after the tile work was completed we decided to replace the wall-to-wall carpet in the living/dining area with laminated hardwood flooring. Again we shopped and found Designer Floors by Nickel Tile to offer a quality product at a reasonable cost. It was a different crew to install the wood flooring and they too completed the job to the highest standard. I worked in the service business for many years and know that there is no better advertisement than a happy customer. The staff at Designer Floors by Nickel Tile always made me feel like a valued customer providing service that was tailored to my needs. If I were to do it all again I wouldn’t change a thing.”

“Floor Specialists had been recommended to me by two different individuals. I saw their work and decided to use their services. I had over 900 sqft of maple engineered flooring installed in a matter of 6 days--and completed on December 23. The workmanship was excellent. I did request that 2 people be on the job each day and that was carried out. Two additional visits were required afterwards to fix some minor problems, but all was done very well. I am very happy with my new floors! My condo now looks cleaner and brighter.”
