I have worked with them on projects both for rental properties and my personal residence. I am the type of person that has a hard time making decisions and they are completely patient with me. I have worked mostly with Robin and Michael, but have dealt with most everyone there at one time or another and they all are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. “My husband and I had been searching for a long time trying to find the right tile and laminate. We had a flood in our house and lived with the concrete for almost a year. We walked into Floor Centers and were very impressed with the store. I found my tile, and they helped me match the laminate. We had this done over 2 yrs ago and are still totally in love with both. “We had Hoffman Floors give us 3 different estimates on flooring as we planned to do it in sections as we had cash on hand. The first stage was removing entry and dining room linoleum, level floor and install high quality vinyl flooring imitating wood. The second stage was to do the kitchen and laundry room floor with vinyl tiles and grout. We never did get around to getting the third stage done yet due to finances so we had to let the other reserved flooring go back to stock. We really liked the time they spent with us at the showroom and the help they gave us with making the flooring decision. We have several dogs and are so very pleased with the product they suggested. They were very professional and did the work in a timely fashion pretty much on our schedule. We ill use them again when we are ready for our next phase of flooring.”
