The grout started to crack and come out. I phoned them and they took care of it at no extra cost. “Had a fireplace to update, and stopped in Heritage to look at the tile. We ended up getting slate for the fireplace and then needed to fix living room carpet since we remodeled the fireplace. Heritage pieced the carpet and you could not tell, they have great workers who are very talented when it comes to carpet. When we remodeled our lower level we got vinyl flooring that looks like wood. They put that in and we love it. Very good place to shop.”
