The grout started to crack and come out. I phoned them and they took care of it at no extra cost. “deHad my basement tiled with 16" x 16" Porcelain tiles. Bob was very informative during the measure and estimate. He found a tile that worked perfectly with the size of this room. The installers had to grind to level the cement before tiling, I found no dust left from the grinding, The job was originally going to take three days but their installers had it done in 2. I dealt with Jeff during the scheduling phase and he was very nice to work with. The work was able to be done while I was at work.”
