“Barrett and Preston took on our projects of adding a custom outdoor kitchen, making us our dream master bathroom, and installing new floors throughout our entire house. We could not be happier with the end result. But more importantly, they were the best contractors we have ever dealt with. Not only were they transparent about the pricing and timeline, but they made sure whenever there were delays, or any sort of hiccups, they were taken care of as quickly as possible. “I engaged Tim Stevens for a complete kitchen remodel in our 1920's home. As well as a remodel, we needed foundation work. From our first meeting to several follow up calls for finishing details, Tim and the team responded in a timely manner, with answers to my questions and concerns. He gave me several plan proposals until everything was just right with all my must haves included. From there he guided me in the design process to complete all the details. With lots of pictures from design magazines and websites, I thought I was prepared to complete all the details. This proved to be a rather overwhelming process. But Tim always kept me on track and helped manage the details with his calm and professional manner. The project came in on budget and only a bit longer than planned due to a setback with some tile changes and an issue with the granite installer. But both issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The end result is a fantastic kitchen that gives us so much pleasure and adds so much value to our home. I now have a list of workmen I can call as needs arise and I look forward to hiring Tim and his team for my next project. I have already recommended him to several friends that were very impressed with his deign and workmanship.”

“They always say that the best references come from word of mouth. I first heard ofTelion from my uncle who referenced him as one of the top painters in the DFW area. So long story short, we hired Telion for the painting portion of our phase 1 remodel. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. We were totally pleased. Which brings us to phase 2 of our remodel. To our surprise we found out Telion could do all of the remodeling/construction process. David has a lot of experience with commercial grade building. Which in turn, gives you a great quality on residential construction. For example, using a thicker lintel over a door or thicker rebar in pouring concrete. So we again hired Telion for the second time on a new master bedroom/closet/master bath/ and spare bedroom. We were even more impressed with their work. It took a little longer than we expected due to Covid and general issues. But in the end the work was phenomenal and David’s integrity was second to none! The question we always ask is would you hire them again and would you refer them to others? The answer to both is yes and yes.”
