“Prepare to be pleased. Fortunately, someone recommended Quality Design & Construction to me at the turn of the century (when they were called Quality Home Improvements) to renovate our master bathroom. I was pleased. Since then they have redesigned and renovated our kitchen, a second bathroom and our deck. They have replaced all our windows with energy efficient ones. They have repaired or upgraded much of our aging home as recommended by periodic home inspections. As perhaps their strangest project, I had them build a black bamboo pot. This pot is twelve feet long by three feet wide by 30 inches deep with six inch poured concrete walls. We hope that it will contain the beautiful, but invasive black bamboo. And my personal favorite, they build a bridge over Honey Brook. It has an attached pergola (I had to look that one up in the dictionary) to hold our climbing, hardy kiwi. I found a builder who is trustworthy and up to any challenge. You, too, will be pleased.”

Complete detail of all allowances (which were generous) in written form in a nice three ring binder. The entire staff is completely dedicated to your satisfaction. The word integrity and Bost Homes are one in the same.”

“My husband and I chose Sigmon Construction for several reasons: 1) relationship, 2) reputation for quality of work and 3) trust and reliability. This was the second time we chose Sigmon Construction for home repairs and improvement. The scope of work included replacing windows, siding and painting. We were again extremely pleased with the transformation of the exterior of our house. We appreciate their attention to detail, quality and timeliness of their work.”

“One of the best decisions we made about finishing our basement was getting Rusty to finish it for us. Rusty is great to work with in every aspect from start to finish. We are very picky, rephrase, we are extremely picky, I'm very detail driven and Rusty worked with us to make sure we understood everything that was taking place. We wanted a space to entertain and spend lots of family time together and that's exactly what Rusty finished for us. The build went very smooth and he kept things moving along from being very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of construction and codes to get the job done. The only regret we have is that we didn't meet him soon enough to build our entire house, but that's our fault not his! We at least met him in time for him to create a great space for hanging out with family, entertaining around the wet bar, doing crafts in the craft room, or having our regular movie night watching the 135 inch screen. We are delighted with the results and would recommend Rusty to the closest of friends and family.”
