“II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”

We used white shaker upper cabinets and really dark base cabinets with a classic white quartz counter top. Its very simple and beautiful. “In June of 2011, our 86 year old home was flooded from the top down in a surprise storm. We chose the wrong day to get a new roof! For four hours the sky dumped water into our house. The plaster ceilings were falling before the rain even stopped. Jay Fechtel and his amazing team were hired to put our house back together. It is far better than it ever was before. Their wise counsel provided guidance to renovate and improve the house. It looks amazing inside and out and is so much more functional and efficient. We are very thankful for their expertise and comforted, despite the loss of many of our personal belongings in the flood, that our house was preserved as a home and investment with great returns. We have a great many pictures of the flood and building/addition process but the project will not be complete till the end of July. Will happily provide pictures upon completion.”
