“From consult and planning to construction and reveal- MNBR Homes made our big home project look and feel easy! After inquiring about a quote, David reached out almost immediately and was available to meet and discuss our project within days. During the consult David was kind and easy to talk to; we talked about our plans, timeline goals, and budget. He was honest about what he thought he could do for us and when- no pushy sales pitches or gimmicks! David was just as excited as we were and assured us our dreams could soon be reality. Once started, David and Joe made the entire design and construction process a breeze! We were told who to meet with, where to look, etc. in regards to flooring, countertops, cabinets… Truly, all we did was make choices, tell the team what we wanted, and MNBR Homes made it happen! Work, stress, and effort on our part was minimal! We were kept up to date in regards to work being done, questions were always answered quickly and efficiently, and the construction crew was professional and friendly. “Fantastic Job. Matt Houston built our home in Monticello, MN. We sold our home quickly in the Spring of 2016. My wife and I meet with Matt and shortly after new that he was the right builder for us. Matt walked us through each step of the process, and built a superior home in comparison to what others where building in the neighborhood. Could not be happier with the attention to detail, and follow up. Matt was consistently available on email, phone or text. There were many days that my wife and I made changes, some of these over holidays, and we would send Matt a text and he would respond within minuets. Talk about a fantastic experience. I would not hesitate to use Matt in the future, for builds or remodels.”

“We had our home remodeled by CH Custom Homes and I am happier than I even thought I could be! Standing in my family room and looking into my kitchen actually gives me goosebumps! I would recommend the Custom team without any hesitation. From the beginning to the end I had nothing but positive experiences. From the estimate process, to the demolition, to the finish project everyone that I work with was nothing but Top Notch. It actually seems strange not having them around anymore!”

“Great Northern Builders (GNB) did an awesome job on remodeling my home. Kitchen of my dreams. Finished my unfinished basement with a new bedroom, bathroom and office. New furnace and A/C. Roof on house and garage. Siding on garage. GNB was very accommodating as I work from home. It always felt like I was their only project. Held my hand through the entire desing process. Always timely responses to my endless questions. Id hire them again in a heartbeat. Cant image working with amyone else.”
