“My husband & I are a young newly married couple who bought our first home in the North Dallas area back in 2010. When we purchased our classic 1950's ranch, we knew that the house would require remodeling but were not ready to tackle those large projects prior to move in. One & a half years later, in the summer of 2011, we decided that the 1st remodel would be our kitchen. The kitchen was original to the home with a very outdated floorplan, outdated wallpaper, appliances that sometimes worked, yellow formica counterops, old cabinetry that didn't even close all the way & not enough storage. When we finally asked him to take our project on, it was smooth sailing from there. I had prepared an entire binder of magazine pictures, paint samples, floor plans etc. of how I dreamed our kitchen would look. Steve & Jenni graciosuly poured over my ideas & created a ktichen that still to this day gives me goosebumps when I walk in the door. I envisioned a space where both my husband & I could cook together, share meals at a large island, & enjoy a classic kitchen that complimented the style & decor of our home. When it came time to discuss numbers, Steve & Jenni provided the most detailed budget I had ever seen accompanied by drawings, renderings, project schedules & more. I was simplly blown away by their work process. The kitchen project from the first day of demolition to moving back in was approximatley 3 months which is exactly what Kasper Custom Remodeling predicted. Overall, we ripped out everything to the stubs, rearranged the entire kitchen layout, put down all new hardwood flooring, opened up the ktichen to our den for better flow, had all new cabinetry built, put in marble counterops (a must in my book), and created a huge island for entertaining, cooking & eating. I cannot say enough good things about Steve & Jenni Kasper. Their professionalism, communication, abitlity to stay on budget, stay on track with schedules & the trades that they partner with are simply the best. We had a really exceptional working experience with them. In fact, we are in the midst of our 2nd remodleing project that just started today.
