We moved out for 5 months and Olivera Construction created exactly what we wanted. They stayed close to the original budget and completed it on schedule. From new flooring throughout the entire house and pavers for the lanai and pool area. A new kitchen layout was designed with an entry from our living room. Phillip Olivera understood the kitchen design style we were looking for and was instrumental in relaying our ideas to his cabinet maker. We tore down the walls between our children's playroom, two bedrooms and shared bathroom and gave them new space with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom closet was increased and the powder bath and master bathroom also received new fixtures and cabinets. These were just the large projects, the list goes on and on and everything was completed perfectly.”

“We had been working with a home designer and several home builders to improve/add-on to our mid century Florida home. We were ready to move ahead with a $200K+ project that wasn't impressive or exciting to me or my husband, so we decided to interview a design/build firm to get one more point of view and hopefully simplify the project logistics. She listened carefully, asked important questions about the way we live, and inspected our current home design. At our next meeting she brought a design proposal that had us jumping for joy. We a few pencil strokes she had moved some interior walls, made better use of the current space, designed a smaller addition, created a front courtyard, and an overall design that was brilliant and beautiful. Kathy came prepared with photos and recommendations from previous projects/clients, which sounds simple but the previous "pros" we interviewed did not. We eventually signed a contract with Premier Shelters and are looking forward to living in a home that we truly love. Mike Helmus is a builder/general contractor that is the other half of this talented team. They bring together all the necessary experts and materials, and give solid advice, which works perfectly for us. “They renovated our kitchen, and transformed it from tremendously outdated into a beautiful Midcentury Modern galley kitchen. We used white shaker upper cabinets and really dark base cabinets with a classic white quartz counter top. Its very simple and beautiful. The project was well within budget and the delivery was on time, despite the several changes WE introduced! I absolutely recommend them!”
