“Petit Construction did a complete exterior remodel for our home. This involved removing the old aluminum siding and original windows. They added rigid "green" foam insulation to the exterior walls and taped all the joints. They installed new windows by Andersen, new vinyl siding, and replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim. The quality of the work and installation was top-notch. Our house is now much quieter and I'm saving money monthly on heating and air conditioning costs due to the better and tighter insulation. Further, by using Azek to replace all the exterior woodwork, I'll never have to climb ladders to repaint; approaching my late 60s' that's an important point for me. At the same time, they also replaced the roof shingles, vents, a skylight, and all the spoutings and gutters. The work was done very well. The new look is nicely coordinated and makes a much better presentation from the street. We love it!”

“I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. I might add that Matt is extremely easy going and a pleasure to work with.”

“Assembly's team is nothing short of amazing. Super on top of it, great communicators, and talented in both the design and build aspects. It was really nice having one team manage both the design and build of our house-- less back and forth, more cost efficiency, and we could not be more thrilled with the results. It really was a smooth process from start to finish. We appreciated all of the transparency around cost, and the realistic guidance they gave throughout our decision making. It also felt very personal... we got to know their team well in the process, and it felt like they really grew to understand us and what we were going for. However, our builder--Ron Tolley-- has been thoroughly honest, communicative, knowledgeable, and dedicated throughout our entire building process. Ron's attention to detail, professional advice, incorporation of our ideas/budget, and devotion to making our dream home come true has been a true blessing! His jobsite is immaculately clean, also!! “My wife and I are in the process of building a home in North Carolina on property I had purchased 8 years ago. I had considered not building and ultimately selling the property at some point in the future. For the last 3-4 years I have been talking to Guy Burtt of Riverstone maybe 2 or 3 times a year. He had called initially having gotten my name while building another home in the same community. I don't usually just talk to random people, especially if I think they are trying to sell me something. I explained to Guy that I wasn't building but we had a very nice conversation about many things and at the end I told him to feel free to keep in touch. So we have continued to talk for years,, even though there was the probability that I would never need him professionally. Recently my wife and I decided we would build a home. Having developed this relationship with Guy, made it the obvious choice to build with Riverstone. Their references were excellent but more importantly I knew who I was dealing with on a personal level. Since we made the decision to proceed, Guy and Courtney have been making every effort to move things along as quickly as possible and get us the maximum value for our investment. They have been making excellent suggestions to help us bring our ideas to fruition within budget. I would highly recommend anyone considering building talk to Riverstone.”
