“Kaufman built a large covered outdoor patio and bar and grill station. The quality of work was excellent! The people working on the project were professional, available and always on time to do the work. The design team did an excellent job of putting the idea to work. The construction crew did an amazing job with the follow through. Since the project was completed, we have spent practically everyday enjoying the outdoors in our new patio. “This was not our first time building but it was the first time a builder was that detail oriented. It really makes all the difference. There have been things that occurred along the way and Jake was quick to resolve in a way that made us feel comfortable. Lets face it, nothing is perfect but when you have a builder that works to resolve and doesn't forget about it and hopes you will, that is a builder you can trust. In the planning process Jennifer takes you through the process and shows you visually what you are picking and helps you to make sure it fits together like a puzzle. She helped us not to make mistakes. I am a very demanding person and expect the best. I got the best. I would hire Jake to build for me in a heartbeat”

“I worked with Trisha on a bathroom remodel, new floors, and some other odds and ends improvements on a rental property.
