This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! Overall a great experience and a good team of people to go to for expertise in the industry and honest answers to your remodeling and new building questions.”

His positive attitude and wide experience inspired our confidence and helped us remodel a 2000 sq. ft. home located in the historic district of Tampa. He and his co-workers did beautiful work and solved problems without work delays. From mid-June until December (2011) our project moved from bare studs to finished perfection.”

“In June of 2011, our 86 year old home was flooded from the top down in a surprise storm. We chose the wrong day to get a new roof! For four hours the sky dumped water into our house. The plaster ceilings were falling before the rain even stopped. Jay Fechtel and his amazing team were hired to put our house back together. It is far better than it ever was before. Their wise counsel provided guidance to renovate and improve the house. It looks amazing inside and out and is so much more functional and efficient. We are very thankful for their expertise and comforted, despite the loss of many of our personal belongings in the flood, that our house was preserved as a home and investment with great returns. We have a great many pictures of the flood and building/addition process but the project will not be complete till the end of July. Will happily provide pictures upon completion.”

“They renovated our kitchen, and transformed it from tremendously outdated into a beautiful Midcentury Modern galley kitchen. We used white shaker upper cabinets and really dark base cabinets with a classic white quartz counter top. Its very simple and beautiful. The project was well within budget and the delivery was on time, despite the several changes WE introduced! I absolutely recommend them!”

They built it on time and on budget and I haven’t had any warranty issues in the year since it was completed. The post-closing punch out list was completed per our agreed schedule. “II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”

“We consider Olivera Construction to be the best builder in our area. Their professionalism, attention to details, quality of products and customer service is unsurpassable. They were all a pleasure to work with and their commitment to excellence shows in their work. We completely renovated our home, from the floor up! We moved out for 5 months and Olivera Construction created exactly what we wanted. They stayed close to the original budget and completed it on schedule. From new flooring throughout the entire house and pavers for the lanai and pool area. A new kitchen layout was designed with an entry from our living room. Phillip Olivera understood the kitchen design style we were looking for and was instrumental in relaying our ideas to his cabinet maker. We tore down the walls between our children's playroom, two bedrooms and shared bathroom and gave them new space with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom closet was increased and the powder bath and master bathroom also received new fixtures and cabinets. These were just the large projects, the list goes on and on and everything was completed perfectly.”

We would definitely choose (company name) for our next home - however, we don't see that happening because we love our house too much to ever move!!”
