“I reached out to Home Renew 360 to work on my house and they came quickly. I decided to continue with them since they explained all the details and addressed my concerns which made me feel safe. I had done the exterior paint , rewrite and the roof and it looks absolutely amazing! The cool life paint with the cool roof makes the house so much cooler during the hot summer that I barely turn on my AC! “Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”

“We hired Kaplan Construction for a kitchen and loft remodel on our condo in Aliso Viejo. I was a bit nervous at first with suggestions made but was over the moon with the results. A team came in and quickly handled the demolish portion with clean up immediately afterwards. Once the dry wall had been removed his vision completely apparent and the change incredible. “I have used Superior Construction twice over the last 12 years and both projects have been a wonderful experience. The first project was a remodel of a 1950’s era condo in South Pasadena. Chris always used clear communication, listened to my design ideas & suggestions and helped me in making my decisions by giving me the pros and cons of doing one thing or another. During construction, Chris was always checking on progress with his team to make sure that everything was moving along correctly, and gave me the confidence that I was working with the “best of the best.” The weekly meetings with both his workers and myself kept me completely informed on progress of the work being done. Chris has great expertise in remodeling a home and great communication skills. My second project was a full house in Sierra Madre and I never considered hiring anyone but Superior Construction to help me. As we did on the condo project, we again collaborated together on what was was not a simple project. I was remodeling a small 1950’s house which entailed gutting and rebuilding master bathroom, custom wardrobe in tight space in master bedroom, custom cabinetry for built in daybed/bookcase in 2nd bedroom, designing an open concept kitchen / living room among MANY other things, while also updating electricity & plumbing. Chris is truly an artist with a superb eye for design and aesthetic and Superior Construction is a wonderful and knowledgeable team. Their work ethic and communication skills put them over the top. Whenever the opportunity arises, I always confidently recommend Superior Construction to my friends and colleagues.”

“We had the pleasure of having Robert and his team remodeled our backyard. He was recommended to us from a family friend who had used his services for their backyard remodeling project. We had a large project over 15,000 square feet space and Robert and his team came through. We showed him our design and he itemize all the work that he will be doing and came up with a very reasonable estimate. This was very important as this prevents any future misunderstandings. He regularly communicated with us and updated us on any delays and he was able to completed the project on time. The quality of the work was very good. He was very flexible in adapting to the changes that we've requested. He was honest, on time and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to do remodeling project.”
