Mac and Nicole Good are consummate professionals who listened to our ideas and went right to work to prepare a schedule and floor plan to meet our needs. Nicole ensured that the contractors knew their schedule and kept us informed every step of the way. The remodel took the demolition of the kitchen and part of the garage and deck down to the studs and put it all back together again with new plumbing, electrical and heating. Nicole knew the right vendors to purchase our cabinetry, appliances and back splash tile to achieve the overall aesthetic. All the work performed throughout the remodel is of the highest standard and we enjoyed working with Nicole, Mac, and all of their sub-contractors. Mac and Nicole did some of the work themselves when one contractor had a conflict to ensure the project remained on schedule. “I met Dustin about 4 years ago when I contacted him about a lot that he had listed that was absolutely the perfect place to build my custom dream home. We began working together, along with the help of my draftsman to refine the details of my initial design. The design is a cross between mid-century and contemporary and definitely "outside of the box" for our area and most builders would never have accepted the challenge, but that was definitely not the case with the team at Hennard Custom Homes. I would have to say there is not one detail in the home that is not a custom choice, so it is always a challenge for a builder when every detail has to be questioned, but the line of communication was always open and I was always involved in each and every detail per my request.
