“Mike and I can not be happier with the work KTE Contracting did on the beautiful building they created for us along with our Dog Kennels! It is far more than either of us could ever imagine it would have been. We are both so proud to show off our little corner of Anita Forte . Not only was the work completed far beyond our expectations but they passed all inspections with no issues and stayed on top of everything being done which included our fence which wasn't even part of the build. These folks are the best and we would be glad to show off the work if anyone wants to see it. We actually miss them! Thank you again KTE!!!”

“Harbor Point Contracting has remodeled a bathroom, den, Brealfast nook and kitchen floor. They are professional and stick to the estimate you are given before start of the work. While in the process of replacing my flooring there was a issue with moisture that had caused damage that had to be repaired. Horber Point Contracting repaired the damaged floor'subflooring with out over charging me for the additional work. Horbor Point Contracting has my respect and my business for life.”

“We were very pleased with the quality work First Light Custom Builders provided us. First Light Custom Builders has completed several projects for our family. They are my go to for any project we have had at our house. Some of the projects they have completed for us include being the only contractor to find a leak and actually fix it, reflooring our upstairs bathroom with ceramic tile and then closing in a 2 story foyer and adding a wall to create a new bedroom. First Light has always provided quality work at a very reasonable cost. Their team has even worked weekends at no extra cost to complete jobs for us. They are always my first call!”

“Rich and his son Jake are by far two of the best people to get the job done. They are absolutely great workmen, do outstanding work and are consistent with great attention to detail. They have gone over and above on many parts of our project. Several days of below freezing weather have not come close to stopping them from working. Rich is communicative and will keep you informed as the project moves forward. We are EXTREMELY happy to have selected Maher Construction for our home improvements thus far and will call Rich for any other projects. “Terry Donnelly and his crew did an excellent job of remodeling for us. We needed better access to bathroom and kitchen and an inside laundry facility. We want to be able to be in our home as long as possible, so wide doorways and easy access throughout are important. Terry has the ability to visualize and design solutions. He listened carefully to our concerns and drew up plans to meet our needs. There were no delays or work stoppages. The crew was diligent and careful. We were very happy with United Trades Construction, Inc.”

“Kit Corp made our dream come true, after 42 years of marriage, it was a first house to build. It was absolutely effortless. From planning to blue prints, to getting permits, to the day we moved it. Billy was absolutely professional, but and always available. He was on top of the contractors, and scheduling the work to be done on a timeline. Our house is very unique, it is all pine boards inside, hand made cabinets in master bathroom! I would not hesitate to Kit Corp on A plus, we have been in the home for 6 months and have not had one call back on anything. Job well done! Don't hesitate to contact them!”
