“Kitchen remodeling, master bathroom remodeling, hardwood floors, tile floors, windows and doors, roof, electrical....complete renovation. Fine Builders were recommended to me from friends that used their services. Nir Gozlan, the owner, worked with my friends on their project similar to ours and they were very happy with the results. I did meet with a few contractors but Nir was patient and understood our needs, kept within our budget. We met 4 times before moving forward just to be sure everything was clear on both sides. It is a big project for me and my husband. The project just started. We are remodeling out entire house completely from renovating the kitchen, removing walls, master bathrooms, painting, replacing our roof, upgrading our electrical panel. I will update my review after the company will finish our project. We are very excited and we are happy we chose Fine Builders to renovate our home.”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We hired Dwell to build a 1000 sq ft Accessory Dwelling Unit ("ADU") in the backyard of my home in North Hollywood CA. The project included the demolition of the existing garage and ground-up construction of the new structure, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room with kitchen and hardscaping. Giovanni and Oran are a highly competent and knowledgeable contractor with a strong work ethic. His team is efficient, skilled and friendly. They have a ton of experience, is flexible and made a few of "in progress" design change recommendations. We highly recommend this company for most any type of home construction. They really know what they are doing and that is ultimately why we chose them. They did all the architectural design and pulled all the permits from the city. They handled the complete project and we are very very satisfied. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone. Giovanni and Oran are very straightforward, informative, and reasonable. They are timely, organized, very friendly and worked with us on choosing windows, doors and colors. We signed the contract on January of 2020 and on March of 2020 everything shut down due to pandemic. On February of 2021 they had pulled all the permits from the city and started the project without any increase in cost of material.
