“Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“Two months prior to my due date with our second child, a contractor we hired to rearrange our master bedroom walked off the job. We were left with half completed drywall, wires hanging from our ceiling, and a completely destroyed carpet. Seth and SDC came in and not only fixed the sub-par job the previous contractor had done, but exceeded all of our expectations. He is professional, courteous, and absolutely saved the day. Seth and SDC also converted the stairs in our 1942 cape cod from a dangerously steep angle. The end result was perfect. He followed plans to the utmost detail, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result! We are now considering adding an addition onto our home, and will not be contacting anyone but Seth and SDC. To find someone that is not only incredibly talented at what they do, but is also professional, timely, and kind is worth its wait in gold. We cannot recommend Seth or SDC enough!”

“I had been wanting to do a bathroom remodel for awhile, and had received numerous quotes from several different contractors. I ended up going with NEXTEK, and am thrilled with the results! Mike and his team had great design ideas, they answered all my question I had, and made the entire process so enjoyable. They were fast, efficient, and came in on budget! You can tell this company really takes pride in the work they do, and has the customers best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend them for any home improvement projects!”

“We worked with Alan Gerbus to build our home last year. He was incredible to work with. Start to finish he was very detail oriented. From design to production he consistently made sure that what we were doing lived up to our design goals. His subcontractors universally loved him and raved about how great he was. You always hear stories about building a custom home and how you need to be on top of your general contractor. We found that anything we noticed during the build, not only had Alan already seen it, but he usually had already taken steps to correct the issue. Quality was key for him. He didn't think the footers were deep enough so he ripped them out and had them re-poured. The first sub doing our stone work was not doing a good job so he fired them and got someone new and he made them redo the work already done. During design phase, several times he contacted us as he did not feel the design was what we were looking for and he worked and tweaked things to get it where it needed to be. We could not have asked for a better builder or better build experience!”

“We would, once again, like to thank you for the wonderful job you and your crew did on our new deck and sunroom. With your expertise and insight, our thought of a "screened in porch" turned out to be a "room addition" that more than exceeded our wildest dream! The quality of the workmanshp was more than professional, the attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire crew could not have been more professional, courteous, and friendly. They were always diligent about cleaning up after each day/phase of the job. Your willingness and ability to go above and beyond to get the job done to our expectations was greatly appreciated. All the details, such as getting the logs and the color of the siding to match our house, and going to great lengths to get our slate floor to be beautiful were not overlooked. John Hill was in the middle of the pack from a cost comparison perspective, and was chosen based on our personal instincts, as well as our knowledge of John's reputation.
