With the exception of efficient new plumbing and lighting, these rooms give one the illusion that they have always been here, an integral part of the original design.”

“American Custom did a complete exterior remodeling...roof, siding, gutters and window. Extremely professional, experienced and quality materials. Work teams were all employees, not sub contractors (except for the gutter people), with many years of experience with the company. One window man was employed by them for over 26 years! A major problem I had to have corrected was a sagging roof over the attached garage. They rebuilt that with new rafters and ridge, and it looks better and stronger than when it was new. . I liked the cedar shingles I had originally had for siding, but didn't want to do the maintenance on them anymore, so was surprised to find they had vinyl siding that looked just like my old shingles...color, size and random mounting! When Marc showed me that option, I was sold! They were all prompt and cleaned up before they left every day. Communication with the workers and the office personnel was better than I could have expected. In the past, I've always done my own remodeling work and have done work for others (including working for some contractors) as well. So, knowing what to expect and how to do the jobs, I was still amazed at the quality, professionalism and skill of their work. A near perfect contractor. I recommend them for anyone.”
