“We hired Dave and his wife to do our remodel for us. The scope of work was to replace all the floors, install a new 200A panel, replace all existing aluminum wire with brand new electrical wire, remodel the kitchen, remodel a bathroom and partially remodel two other bathrooms. We also painted and decorated throughout. I met Dave through his wife who is an Interior Designer that I have worked with in the past on about 6-8 other projects. I knew her style and loved it and was hoping I would do the same with Dave. I also knew that my wife is a tough customer and both Dave and Lisa would have to have a lot of patience in explaining different options, timelines and expectations of the end result. I am also a contractor myself working in a similar industry (Home Automation) so Dave would have to deal with me as well. We moved forward with Dave and BCS constuction and couldn't be happier with the result. We have had several unsolicited compliments about how beautiful the inside of our home is now. Thanks guys!!!”

“I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.”

“Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”

“We just moved into a new home and wanted to replace the backsplash in our kitchen. We asked around and got a few estimates, but Laguna Bay Developing was highly responsive and had an excellent price. Gio personally came to our home to give a quote and to inspect the work at completion. It looks great and Gio kept us in the loop every step of the way. “If you are searching for a company to remodel your bathroom, you've found the contractor you should go with, you will not be disappointed! Jerry Moreno is honest, professional and was a rock star throughout the entire project, it's very obvious that he's had years of experience with construction; his attention to detail and his forethought allowed me rest easy knowing that Jerry would always be able to bring up potential issues as well as offer us solutions. There wasn't a single time that any reasonable request I made was denied. This was a huge load off my shoulders when dealing with such permanent decisions that comes with bathroom remodels. BBJ's professionalism was unmatched, and they've definitely earned a customer for life as I will be going back to them for any future projects that require a contractor.”

“Rudy gave me a fair estimate on doing a stucco and dry-rot repair job on my home. Repair work is not his normal type of job since it wasn't a remodel or new construction but his crew did the job in a very professional manner. The ob entailed scarping and resurfacing water damaged stucco on the front of the house as well as removing and replacing dry rotted wood trim around the front picture window and both sides of the garage door. I provided matching paint for the stucco and wood trim, and Rudy's crew did a great job priming and painting all the new areas. They cleaned up afterward and left the landscaping unharmed. (Not an easy thing since it was right there in front of the repair area!) I highly recommend Rudy's Construction to anyone who needs a general contractor.”
