“Anthony (AF Contractors) has completed a number of home projects for me, most recently putting 3 new roofs on my large home. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he remains true to his estimates. The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!”

Even after completion we continually consult and use him for new projects and upkeep. He built our home on schedule and came in on budget. We were continually surprised at Gordon's vast knowledge on everything from digging a well to picking out fixtures in the bathrooms and everything in between. If someone wasn't immediately available our calls or emails were always returned promptly. Building our home was truly a great experience and we would use Lancor again in a heartbeat. We strongly recommend them for any home project large or small. You cannot get this superior service easily and we certainly did.”

“Tom Hamburger and his experienced team are respectful, honest hard workers who I have had build a custom home, fully remodeled a kitchen and a bath in another home, and have had back time and again to do other jobs like replacing windows, doors, finding and fixing leaks in masonry and windows (not from his original work) and other smaller jobs. His is one of the few teams I feel comfortable with giving a key to and saying "work at will," even with no one home. They take preventive measures to protect the work area, and clean up at every completion along the way (to me, a sign of care, respect for the homeowner, safety and just being meticulous about their work). Tom builds solid, strong construction and does not cut corners. I have never had a problem with anything they have ever worked on, and I have been using them for over 14 years. Tom has helped with design work as well, and his experience helps greatly in working out details. His pricing is very fair - though at this point I wouldn't consider using anyone else, ever!!”
