“I recently had a house fire that took 70 % of the house. I chose Aaron , AC Rank construction to work with the myself , and the insurance company on the home rebuild. Aaron was very professional and focused on my needs as well as the process. The companies professionalism worked very well with the insurance company as well as securing several sub contractors of very high quality standards. The project moved along smoothly and on time. I am enjoying my completed house to the fullest.”

“Walking into our newly renovated home for the first time was an emotional and awe-inspiring moment. The transformation exceeded our expectations. Each room seamlessly blended modern functionality with our personal style, creating a cohesive and harmonious living space. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, showcasing the passion and dedication invested by the entire team. Jamie and his crew replaced all of our interior doors and all of the moldings in the entire house, including adding crown molding to our dining room. In addition to extensive drywall repairs and work, they also took down a half wall that separated our kitchen from our family room and it opened everything up. They installed recessed lighting in our living room, kitchen, and upstairs hallway, and they installed ceiling fans in our family room and all 4 bedrooms. Jamie and Jacob were extremely helpful and insightful in helping select all of the paint colors for all the rooms they painted (the entire house except the main and master bathrooms because those are being remodeled in the spring). In the Spring of 2024, I am looking forward to them coming to remodel our master bathroom and main bathroom.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Rocco from start to finish. They were very patient in response to our uncertainty about what kind of kitchen redesign we wanted, helpful and creative in offering suggestions, and flexible when we changed our minds about things. Their pricing was reasonable and they were transparent about every aspect of the pricing. Their design team is amazingly creative and dynamic. We loved working with their architect, who brought ideas of his own to the table while listening very carefully and responsively to ours. Every single person--from the business end to the design and building end--that we encountered in the Rocco team was delightful: talented, responsible, communicative, and just plain nice. Having people in your house day after day can be trying, but it really wasn't with Rocco. The builders were friendly, quick in their work, as unobtrusive as they could possibly be, and great about always leaving things in good order when they left for the day. When small things went wrong, the team always took care of it in a timely manner (like some tiles that arrived broken -- not their fault, of course! but they took care of it and didn't let it slow down the work much at all). And we could not have been happier with the results. We love our new kitchen, which is both so much more practical than what we had and SO much more beautiful. I could not recommend the Rocco team more highly.”

“Professional management of my project was key. VC Associates was both knowledgeable, and respectful. Personable and great listeners. Met every expectation of what I envisioned the finished product to look like. Had a lot of built-ins added, and the craftsman gets an A-plus. I just love my new kitchen, which was installed with great precision! Also had roofing and lots of flooring done . I found VC to be very attentive to details ,as well as nurturing. All projects completed in a timely fashion. Of course I went well over my budget; however, I would hire them again.”

“Jon is great! I met Jon in 2016 when I was looking for a contractor for a gut renovation of a brownstone. This was my first major rehab of this kind and Jon was invaluable with advice and referrals for everything from architects to a guy to restore the original doors and stairs. Jon even took the time to shop with me for things I needed to choose but knew little about like recessed lights and pocket door hardware. Jon is the rare contractor with integrity who you can count on and will be sure to finish your job the right way. I strongly recommend him.”

They built a 3 story silo breezeway and a barn with living space for our children. Attached the whole thing to our existing house. It was a big project. And they were just the guys to get it done.”
