“I used Tanner Construction for a bedroom addition to our home. I was very pleased to get a quote from the owner of the company himself and not just another worker. Chris was professional and helped us realize our dream and more. With his guidance i was able to budget in an amazing back patio/kitchen. I revived almost daily updates from our manager, Nick, and site visits from the supervsiors throughout the project as well. This was a challenging addition due to its heights and nuanced attachments to the existing house but any obstacle was met with a safe and quick solution. We are very pleased with the results and are already planning a primary bath and kitchen reno next year.”

We initially contacted a total of six different contractors in the Gainesville area and chose Golden Hammer because of their detailed, itemized estimate that made us feel they had a good understanding of what we wanted done. Shawn and Drew always returned our calls and emails promptly and were polite, professional, and respectful. We are happy with our new kitchen and bathroom and Golden Hammer helped make our new house feel like our home.”

“When my husband and I began the project of building a home, we looked at homes built by a number of different builders. We were always drawn back to Blake Construction because of how impressed we were with their attention to detail and the finishing work was absolutely beautiful. When we visited the building site, we were always welcomed and all our questions were answered in a professional and friendly manner. During the construction, we asked to make several changes and Blake was very accommodating. The house was finished within the time frame we were given. We were always told that having a house built is one of the most difficult things a couple could go through but Blake Construction made the process very easy and a lot of fun. We are now living in a BEAUTIFUL home and love every minute of it.”

I'm incredibly busy with work and didn't have a lot of time to deal with the rehab of my home and Steve made the entire process seamless. From putting the bid together for the mortgage company to selecting granite to rerunning water lines I knew I was in great hands. “Great company to work with. Everyone has been helpful and professional from the first consultation right down to the painters. We had complete remodel of kitchen and baths as well as moving load bearing walls. The job was expected to take up to 3 months. So far we are on schedule to finish earlier than estimated. I would highly recommend this company and will seek them out if I am in the market for a remodel or build in the future.”
