“We have built two homes with Chad Van Zilen and the experience has been wonderful. Chad is just fantastic to work with. Chad is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and understanding. The same can be said about the sub contractors he hires. Selective Homes has won numerous Parade of Homes awards and Chad keeps on top of the latest and best construction practices. I have heard from other families whom have built custom homes how stressful and hard it was to go through the process. “Crossroads Construction has completed a bathroom renovation in a house that our coop cleans regularly. Rick and his team have been conscience about cleaning up each day. In addition to our regularly scheduled houses, our coop does construction clean up for several contractors. We have been especially impressed with Crossroads Construction and their ability to seal off the construction area from the rest of the house. Anna”

“KH painted my every room of my newly built home. They did the walls and trim. I wanted stripes in my ceiling in one room. Kevin said no problem. The put up my new mail box and removed an old utility pole in my yard. My dog destroyed some trim and a door in my bathroom. We were super upset because it's a brand new home, Kevin said don't worry, I will get you all fixed up. We were so happy with the job he did at our new house we had him to fix up our finished basement at our old house before we put it on the market. They did a fabulous job. No paint drips or anything. He also built nice sturdy shelves in all my closets. I knew I could trust them in my home while I was at work and everything would be safe. I will continue to be a customer for future projects.”
