“We had a full kitchen remodel. From the beginning of the process , the guys at Single Source made us feel comfortable. They came right out ,looked everything over and gave us an estimate in a couple days. The communication was amazing and never at any time did we regret our decision to go with them. We really enjoyed the one on one that Single Source gave us. The guys sat down with us and went over everything, even went with us to help us pick out our appliances, flooring ,tile ,cabinets, countertops, etc. Taking time to educate us on the products that we were considering and giving us the pros and cons. They finished the job in the time they said they would and also at the price they had quoted us. We plan on getting our bathroom done in the future and will definitely be using them again.”

“Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”

“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“Greenleaf Remodeling has consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. I have entrusted Greenleaf Remodeling to take the lead on several home improvement projects. From estimate to completion, their work is always first class. I was particularly impressed with the spectacular plan they devised to install a dual zone central air unit into my 1930's Cape Cod style home. They were able add the units and duct work throughout the house with minimal effects on the existing layout. The house retains its original charm with the addition of year round comfort. “A friend recommended Dreamwork Home Improvements in 2011, and I have not used any other company since and here are some reasons why: * Responds quickly by phone or email. * Is always on time *After reviewing the job, a proposal for the costs is received either later the same day, or by the next day by phone or email; and a written proposal is handed to me when they walk in my house, outlining the work to be done and the costs so there are no mistakes or surprises. *Is very pleasant and will chat a bit, but does not stop working to stand and talk, and talk. * The workmanship is outstanding and they take pride in what they do. *When the work is completed at the end of the day, the work area is straightened and trash is removed. * When the job is completed, Dave walks through everything with me and makes sure I know what was done, why, the results, and how to care for products or applications,. He does not leave until I am completely satisfied. *In this review the question of approximate project date is asked. I started using Dreamwork Home Improvements in June of 2011 and have used them consistently with the last job ending February 2013. I plan to have them come back for another project soon and will always choose Dreamwork Home Improvements.”
