“We hired McCartney Improvement Company to build our new house. The project began in November, 2011 and was completed in May, 2012. We were very pleased with the entire process and with the way the finished product turned out. Dave was involved every step of the way; helping us select a lot and design the house to putting on the finishing touches. He also ensured the project was completed by our deadline and within our budget. In my opinion, the thing that separates Dave (and his team of professionals) from other contractors in the area is the quality of work and the attention to detail. “Silver Creek Construction came out to my house in New Liberty Iowa to repair some water damage. Its an old farm house and years of neglect had left its exterior cedar siding in disrepair. Josh did an exellent job. He was here on time and each day I could clearly see progress. He was able to source exactly the right replacement lumber. When the job called for more reapirs in some places he made sure he contacted me first to make sure I was aware what had to be done and why. I liked him and his professionalism so much that I immediately referred him to my mother. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that his work will stand the test of time. I will definitely contact him for my future projects.”

“Cascade Lumber are awsome people. Jeff helped with my kitchen and bathroom a remodel. We went with old country look. They were so helpful. I changed my mind a few times. Cascade Lumber also designed our shop for our business. Everyone tells us how great that shop is. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Mark Redmond was our contractor he has alot of good ideas. I wouldn't have anyone else do it.”

“Great company, they know what they are doing and do it right, GREAT job. They custom made a front door that no one else could do. Price was fair. The people who do the work, work for the company. They are not subcontracted. Family business around for many many years. They clean up after they are done and make sure you are completely satisfied. I would use them again if I needed a job done. They also put up shutters on our home, they were hung perfectly. Thank you Suburban.”

“The remodeling process was new to us. Wayne and his crews have walked us through each step of the process with the highest level of professioalism, that I can't say enough good things. They have been true partners in the remodel process, adapting to changes in plans, suggesting new ideas and handling unexpected construction suprises with respect and ease. They manage sub-contractors exceptionally and all projects they have done for us have been within the bid guidelines and time frame set. The crews that come in to our home are top notch. They again, are very respectful and trust worthy. They work hard, excellent craftmanship, and clean up each night. They did the first job so well, we have them back for 2 more jobs.
