“This is a great company to work with and the owner, Jacob Down, was very professional.
My first experience was renovating a condo in downtown Denver. The condo was a foreclosure property that needed to be completely gutted and redone. Jacob Down and his team from BuildCo developed a renovation plan which entailed redoing all the floors (placed wood), renovating the entire kitchen (new appliances, island, and cabinetry), painting walls, and redoing all the bathrooms. I was very happy with their work and lived there for four years.
I was so pleased with my first experience that I recently hired them again to do some consultation work regarding a house purchase. Mr. Down helped me with the inspection, made recommendations regarding areas of the house that needed to be fixed that we negotiated for in our contract, and suggested other areas for improvement. This definitely saved us money in during the purchase agreement.
I would absolutely hire BuildCo again and would recommend this company to my friends and family.”

“Summit Construction completed my home in 2007 --- It is now July 2015 and I am still so impressed with the quality of the construction. It is my family's second home, yet we rented it often to others. We have had so few issues -- I am truly amazed. Each visit I seem to notice some detail that I have never noticed before --- this visit I was working in my front gardens and noticed copper flashing to hide the foundation --- oh, do I wish my primary residence had such flashing! It is beautiful and conceals the concrete foundation.
Dwayne was a perfectionist and I feel blessed that we choose him to build our home. The pictures that he has posted do not do the home justice, so I am going to add a few of my own.”

We have been in our new home now for one year, and I still can't get over what a fantastic job VCB did for us. We entered the home building process, nervously, like most people probably do. Ted was upfront and honest throughout the process. VCB set expectations and fulfilled them. At no point did we feel in the dark, even during times when we were having a difficult time making decisions.
