“I recently had water damage from hidden roof leak. I contacted Wildsmith Construction based on a friend's recommendation. The estimate seemed fair and their plan of action reasonable. During demolition, it was apparent the water leak did far more damage than originally thought. They discussed all options, recommendations, and worked directly with my insurance adjuster. Burt’s communication and abilities to resolve issues that come along with building a large home, are outstanding. He also kept his subcontractors on-task and inline during the build process. Throughout construction, we made quite a few change orders, like 13 or 14 of them. While many builders would have complained, whined, resisted, Burt would say “we’ll make it happen”, and he did. Although our work was residential, I also know individuals who are equally satisfied with Burt Wright on their commercial construction.
