“Although my wife and I faced many difficulties and delays with our remodel, Butler Flooring remained the one bright spot throughout the process! The job we asked them to undertake included a massive amount of tiled area, flooring that was uneven, warped, and bowed, multiple types of transitions, one custom rug, a tile surround for a fireplace, and cutting tile around a kitchen island that was anything but square. Not only did all of that get done exactly the way we wanted it but Cindy and Rob were incredibly patient with the scheduling snafus created by other vendors and responsive to our requests to fit in our work when needed. Cindy was excellent at meeting us at their shop so we could spend a couple of hours (each time) walking on different carpets, laying out tiles against other color samples, and even allowed us to take several different types of tiles and carpet samples home so we could see them in place. Every bit of the finished product is precisely what we wanted and we couldn't be happier.”

“We hired Designers Hardwood Floors, Sam, for a remodel in Austin and were very satisfied with his work. He was highly knowledgable, not only in his abilities regarding choosing, installing and finishing our floor but also in the overall completion of our kitchen, living room, and bathroom project which included wood flooring, painting, plumbing, tiling and countertop replacement, and appliance replacement. He proved to be very competent in overseeing all of these areas and was really helpful in coordinating all of the contract work that needed to be done. Sam was very accommodating and easy to work with, always on time, trustworthy, polite and kind. He offered many suggestions and ideas and tried to save me money where possible. I would definitely call him back if I ever needed any work done again. Thank you, Sam, for one of the most positive remodel experiences I have ever had!”

“Al and Holly Monti are just incredible. They are very professional and do exactly what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Al is a perfectionist in his installation of hardwood. My floors look fantastic. Larry lays tile for the company and his work is just outstanding as well. My job was to tear out the old vinyl floors in the bathrooms and install porcelain tile. The largest part however was to rip out all of the wall to wall carpeting which covered all but the living areas of the house, which had the original hardwood, and to match engineered hardwood to the existing. No easy task, but Al produced stunning results. I couldn't be happier that I hired the right people for the job.”
