“Spratt has performed several renovations for us (we have remodeled parts of our house as we were able to afford). Jobs included building new bathrooms, moving walls, installing walls indoor and outdoor, installation of flooring, roofing, and painting. The quality is superior. The staff (workers) were great - competent, friendly, arrived on time and on the scheduled days. Jobs were completed on time and on budget. I have recommended Spratt to several friends. Spratt also cleaned, repaired, and remodeled a condominium we purchased in the Woodlands.”

“Bill and his crew where great to work with and always available when I needed to communicate with them. My job required more repair work that originally anticipated but Barber Homes replaced all the rotten wood so I will never have to worry about later issues. They made suggestions on my bath and living room remodel that where right in line with what I wanted and the finished product looks fantastic.”

“They did a tremendous job with the remodeling of our townhouse! Kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms! Also opened up an enclosed stairwell and in the kitchen removed a couple of walls to open it up to the living room! Kept me updated on everything as the project progressed and sent pictures! Really liked the personal phone call when a problem was encountered so we could discuss the situation and then determine the best solution! It was really nice to have someone who designed our vision of what we talked about and made it come to life, while I was over 500 miles away! I would highly recommend this contractor for your work, be it remodel or new construction! We are pleased and Thankful for the work that he did for us!”

“George has over the last 10 years repaired our house that was cut in half by a huge tree that fell in an ice storm,remodeled a mountain cabin we own and built a river pavilion which could be featured in architectural digest. “We were searching for a home when we moved back to Asheville, and happened to stumble on a house that Kevin and Timber Creek were about to complete construction on. Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to purchase the house and we are so glad we did! The house has been a wonderful home for us. There are so many details that they thought of and so much custom work which makes our home one of a kind! They really thought of everything! 4 years later and we still get so many compliments on how well built the house is and how much attention was paid to the details. We couldn’t be happier and Kevin has been very helpful in answering any questions we have had, even to this day!”

“Petit Construction did a complete exterior remodel for our home. This involved removing the old aluminum siding and original windows. They added rigid "green" foam insulation to the exterior walls and taped all the joints. They installed new windows by Andersen, new vinyl siding, and replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim. The quality of the work and installation was top-notch. Our house is now much quieter and I'm saving money monthly on heating and air conditioning costs due to the better and tighter insulation. Further, by using Azek to replace all the exterior woodwork, I'll never have to climb ladders to repaint; approaching my late 60s' that's an important point for me. At the same time, they also replaced the roof shingles, vents, a skylight, and all the spoutings and gutters. The work was done very well. The new look is nicely coordinated and makes a much better presentation from the street. We love it!”
