“Project was a major house renovation to include creating an open concept floor plan. Entire house was renovated from the ground up and inside to outside. Demolition and construction went smoothly and in a timely manner. Contractor was very responsive to our ideas and helpful in the design of our project. “My husband and I are currently working with Steve Coffey on designing our dream mountain home. Steve has guided us along the way starting with grading the build site, navigating uncertainties (soil composition and other issues that have come up), to where we are now - working on the actual plans. Steve has listened to our ideas from the beginning and has communicated clearly along the way to be sure we both understand the vision for our home. “George has over the last 10 years repaired our house that was cut in half by a huge tree that fell in an ice storm,remodeled a mountain cabin we own and built a river pavilion which could be featured in architectural digest. “We hired Builtwright to address a complex structural issue in the basement; but, we were quickly impressed by their abilities and professionalism and asked them to finish out the entire downstairs. We were even more impressed by the downstairs transformation and were becoming fast friends with Andy's entire team. So, you guessed it, we gave them the green light to facelift the upstairs as well and to complete some exterior upgrades. Whether the work was done by Andy's guys or by one of the many subs that he hired, tasks were completed seamlessly with perfect coordination, great skill and pride. Beyond the superior deliverable and overall project management, it was Andy's particular skill in finding design and material solutions within our budget that gave us the confidence to keep going. Significantly, when many would be focused on their next project, Andy was proactive with every detail of the punch list, giving us that final good taste. A repair job had grown into a whole-home project resulting in an inspiring and comfortable space that far exceeds our expectations.”

“Petit Construction did a complete exterior remodel for our home. This involved removing the old aluminum siding and original windows. They added rigid "green" foam insulation to the exterior walls and taped all the joints. They installed new windows by Andersen, new vinyl siding, and replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim. The quality of the work and installation was top-notch. Our house is now much quieter and I'm saving money monthly on heating and air conditioning costs due to the better and tighter insulation. Further, by using Azek to replace all the exterior woodwork, I'll never have to climb ladders to repaint; approaching my late 60s' that's an important point for me. At the same time, they also replaced the roof shingles, vents, a skylight, and all the spoutings and gutters. The work was done very well. The new look is nicely coordinated and makes a much better presentation from the street. We love it!”
