“First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”

“MacLeod D&C just finished rebuilding our house after a fire completely destroyed it. Other than taking longer than predicted, the project was a total success. We love the result. The design was not easy to build - odd angles all over the place and built over a swale that required a complex foundation. It took a lot of care and patience on Ian's part and the skills of several highly competent subcontractors to pull it off. Ian's professionalism, skill, and good humor made the project work - and kept us sane in the process. His ongoing relationships with the architects and his sub contractors kept communications problems to a minimum. We would definitely hire him again.”

“We first encountered this company at the Sunset festival and were looking for someone to do a small project for us because we had really disliked the contractor who had just done our kitchen. They said they were more than willing to do something small so they redid a bathroom in our guest cottage and did some framing for a spice cabinet in our kitchen. I really like their appraiser but find her to be a little alarmist in terms of what problems we might encounter with permitting. (I guess it's better to be that way than to say "yeah, this will all be no problem" and then we have a lot of problems.) She had some great ideas about how to do our shower that wouldn't have occurred to us. The people who actually did the work were extremely fast and easy to communicate with. They were very available by text message and actually made great use of technology. The timing for the remodel worked out such that we were out of town while they were doing the majority of the work and they were happy to send us photos and questions by e-mail and text so that we could coordinate. I am not very picky about design and so I hadn't even thought about colors to paint the bathroom when they were done. I asked them to just pick something that looked nice and they were happy to just pick a neutral color and go with it. The shower had some leaking problems after they installed the doors but they happily came back without complaining until it was fixed to our satisfaction. All in all we were so happy with the service we got that we have asked them to help us do a much larger remodel of the entire house. Hopefully that experience will work just as well!”
