“I can't say enough good things about working with Frankel Building Group team. I guess a good place to start would be with their countless awards, inlcuding Custom Builder of The Year several years in a row. After I met the guys, saw their quality of work, and I understood why! Rodney, their in-house designer, was so thoughtful in terms of how the house should sit on our land and very considerate when laying out the floorplan to fit our modern lifestyle. Although he designs more traditional houses and we prefer a modern aesthetic, he constructed a beautiful sleek and sophisticated exterior in the same vein of photos we had sent along. Then Brad made a 3D rendering of the house so we could see it from every angle and "walk" through it. Such a cool feature and made all the differnce when choosing exterior materials. Because we are building in Atlanta, FBG can't construct our house, but Scott Frankel has worked hand-in-hand with our builder to make sure it is built according to their standards and within our budget. The team went above and beyond to design our dream house. Along the way, they have been such a pleasure to work with, listening to all of our concerns and adpating to our edits. We truly enjoyed working with them and would recoommend them in a heartbeat!”

“Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. We love that the home is energy efficient and overall we had a great experience with Sonderfan. The project stayed on track despite difficulty arising from our bank not funding draws on time and Hurricane Harvey, Jeff didn't miss a beat. The craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. We made several changes along the way and Jeff catered to our needs without breaking the bank. We would use Sonderfan again.”

“While facilitating the closing of our home, the CBC professionals also helped us to identify a lot that met our needs in the desirable Spring Valley area. They simultaneously helped us to discern what type of builder would align with our wants, needs, values and pocketbook. From the experiences of many friends and colleagues, the process of selecting the “right” builder is typically difficult, complex and fraught with uncertainty. In our case, however, we must say that the process of finding our builder, with the help of the CBC team, was relatively simple and easy. The ease of that process gave us more time and freedom to consider what we wanted in our home and we moved forward relatively quickly! We are about 50% complete with our home now and are on time, on budget, and we see the quality of our home as it is being built…we are there almost every day observing! Working with the CBC Team has made what is very often a stressful, time-consuming and dynamic process almost seamless! ` I would highly recommend you using CBC to assist you in finding the right builder and the right location for your new custom home! “Harry James is an exceptional home builder and designer. I have worked with Harry on three homes he built for me from the ground up and everything went very well. Harry designed the homes and listened very carefully when I had concerns or wanted to make changes. When we had very few unexpected issues on the three homes we built and when an unexpected issue did arise with the city over drainage Harry was able to satisfy the permit people and all was well. Mr James is honest and fair in all he does........he is what you are looking for when you want to build a home......”

“I’ve worked with many contractors over the years and I’ve never been as impressed as I was with the professionalism of Gryphon Builders. The first time I walked onto the job site I was shocked to see at what lengths Allen had gone to, to protect the home owner’s floors, carpets, and belongings and how he had constructed walls of plastic to keep dust from traveling throughout the entire house during their remodel. All of his crews were neat, knowledgeable and respectful of the home they were working in. Allen was very involved and working along side the crews on some days to ensure everything was completed on schedule. Allen takes great pride in his work and it clearly shows.”
