We asked Michael for quotes and he knocked out the projects in no time at a price we were very happy with! We will be a customer for life as we finally found a contractor we can trust.”

“Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

“Custom Dwellings did a great job on our house. We upgraded our kitchen, as well as other upgrades and changes in the house, and they handled it all very quickly and cleanly. Very professional, and always kept us in the loop on progress and options. We'll use them again anytime we need minor or major work done. ”

“We wanted to redecorate our living room, going from mainly traditional furnishings to a more contemporary look. Renata had great, creative ideas and was able to totally change the look of the room within our budget. She was extremely easy to work with, providing professional guidance toward our goal, being very accessible, generous with her time and she made the process fun. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them again in the future.”

“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“I wanted to redo my kitchen, and intended to get rid of everything and start fresh. Denise and I talked several times, while sitting in my then current kitchen. She asked a lot of questions about usage, and what I wanted to be able to do with the space. I thought I knew what I wanted it to look like; however, Denise proposed some changes in floor plan and traffic pattern that I hadn't considered. I'm so glad I went with her ideas and am thrilled with the result. In addition, she was mindful of my tastes and budget. Many designers know what looks good, but don't take into account the clients needs and taste. Denise designed the kitchen, and did most of the shopping for accessories, granite, etc; however, it is my kitchen, and perfect for me.”

He didn't flinch when he saw what little we had to work with, and, in a stress-filled year, managed to gently mold a beautiful house out of ashes and water. “Limitless Renovations is an absolutely top notch company to work with. I had a complete bathroom renovation done and the entire job was completely stress free for me from start to finish. Everything was done timely and right on schedule;starting with Tonya who was my initial contact. She contacted me within a short time period after submitting request for a quote the same day. She was a great help in picking colors and tile design. Ryan and Jason did the tear down and built the new shower, all the tile work and other miscellaneous things. Their work was beautiful. They kept everything neat and clean. They were on time everyday. The painter did a beautiful job on the painting. Lance is wonderful at his job in managing the project. He has been immediately responsive to any question or concern I have had during this process. I never expected a project like this to go this smoothly. They have my highest recommendation!”
