“The best contractor I ever worked with. He remodeled my entire condo, both bathrooms, all floor, entire kitchen, all walls, removed pop corn ceiling , literally everything is brand new. It was a huge project and we were both nervous. But the owner (Saif) went above and beyond. He was always available, always responsive , professional , and most importantly, extemely honest. He goes above and beyond. He even went out with us to help buy materials we needed which made everything fit perfectly at the end. His crew is also so friendly. The whole process was a pleasure. We had extensive remodeling work done in the past with a different company and that experience left us so bitter and jaded, ao we went into this one with lower expectations but I was amazed at the difference with Antoon. Cant recommend them enough”

“I want to thank Josh Coit and his team at WAYCO Construction, Inc for the great work that was done on for recent home upgrade. Josh did a fine job of managing the effort in spite of concurrent work being performed by other companies in other areas of our home, and served to work seamlessly with the other efforts. As far as the stone facing that was installed, I don't think the word "artist" is too far from appropriate to describe the work that Rob performed in upgrading our home. My wife was very pleased at the work and approving comments continually came from the rest of the family as the work progressed. I think most telling was when a couple of neighbors stopped by and commented on how nice the work was and one even sought a referral. Bottom line, if you need an appearance upgrade to your home that is professionally done, that has patient and flexible management that can work through your particular issues, I can't recommend any better professionals than the team at WAYCO Construction. “I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. “After 10 years, my husband and I decided to have our kitchen and master bathroom renovated. After consulting with four construction firms, we selected Modern home remodeling for various reasons. When Alon the project manager looked at our project, he said his team could transform it with no problem and gave us many great design ideas. The main things that made us decide on Modern home remodeling was Alon our project manager, he was very patient, professional and explained us the whole process of our project. Each phase of the construction, from demo to finish, was completed on schedule. At the end of each day, alon let us know what work would be scheduled for the following day. The crews were functual and did outstanding work. There were a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. They did an amazing job, as indicated in the before and after photos. We highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling for any renovation project in your home!”
