“I had 2 bathrooms remodeled in October 2017. The contractor was professional and carried out the work well. Kris was project manager at that time who supervised the project and communicated well throughout. I proceeded with a change order to include painting and tiling of the master bedroom to match the bathroom. Rafael Inc was the company who secured my business again when I was needing my kitchen & living room to be updated. From the design( thank you Sandra), to the contractor & new project manager I now have a beautiful kitchen/ living room. Is the final product perfect & flawless? - of course not, but given the scope of the project I am happy with the outcome. Minor "glitches" which popped up after the contractors had long gone were dealt with efficiently. Thank you all at Rafael Inc. **. “"We had the tub replaced with a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom. We are very pleased with the result. Pedro did and excellent job in helping my wife select the tile and trim. The result was outstanding. The entire crew from Genesis Brothers was very professional, always on time, and kept a neat construction site. Despite major demoliton, there was minimal disruption to our daily family routine. Genesis Brothers was price competitive and used the highest quality products. “I can't speak highly enough of John's work! He's done a few projects for me, including a really bad rental property in which we had recently evicted tenants. Another property that news to us, had a kitchen fire and he also customized a piece of office furniture for me as well. (Which I get compliments on every time someone new see's it) Both homes were horrid, John had to basically redo all the walls from the substantial amount of damage, replaced doors, did electrical, paint, window repair, hung new fixtures...the list goes on and on. The end results were amazing! Each home looked better than ever and rented at its highest rate to date! Despite the fact I kept giving him new request & changes, he completed each home, in my opinion exceptionally quick. I highly recommend John, I will use him for all of our home’s needs!”
