Vehicles were always clean, tools were carefully organized, and at day’s end everything was cleaned up and tools neatly stowed in yard. During the work his men even put down plywood not only over their work (prepared lawn bed, freshly laid sod, etc.) but also on the sidewalk and across the driveway, anywhere the workers would be walking and moving material, it was just amazing. My neighbor has some large trees that have roots on my property, I was very concerned that these roots not be damaged and on the day irrigation trenching was happening I rushed home to make sure to tell foreman to protect the roots. I need not have bothered, he had already done the irrigation line trench and all of the roots were untouched, carefully dug around. I was incredibly impressed. One thing that matters a lot to me is how a businessman manages and treats his employees because happy employees do better work. Watching Robert interact with his employees was a real pleasure, he clearly likes and cares about his men and wasn’t shy about showing it. His foreman on my job has worked for him thirteen years, that says a lot right there. If you’re looking for cheap, quick work this company is not for you. If you’re looking for a spectacular yard from a premium company, the kind of yard you’d find on a multi-million dollar property, you’ve found it. If you’re very lucky you might be able to find someone as good, but you’ll never find someone better.”
