“After months of planning we lost our contractor weeks prior to renovating our kitchen and main living space. We had appliances and cabinetry purchased with set delivery dates and were in a panic - walls needed to move and beams needed to go up. Fractal Renovations was recommended as a local company by Houzz. Blake responded to our Houzz inquiry within 1 business day, and was on site reviewing our project within the week. We were impressed at his willingness to the take time to listen to us and comprehend the scope of our project. He was attentive to all our communication both call, text, email throughout our project. Fractal's team of craftsmen were kind and easy to work with. With any old home once you open walls there are hurdles and challenges to work through. We felt that Fractal kept us in the loop, and guided us through our renovation with their expert opinions to help create a complete transformation of our space. Attached are pictures of previous kitchen and completed project. In 14 weeks Fractal completed all demolition, installed a 22 foot beam to span the room (allowing us to remove 3 walls), added a window and exterior door, adjusted/shifted 4 interior door ways, managed all plumbing and electrical, completed all drywall work, painted all interior walls, placed new baseboard throughout the house, and received and assisted with install of appliances. We highly recommend working with Blake and his team.”

“I can’t say enough about George Ortiz’s Caring Landscape Services. My son and daughter-in-law were going to be married and I offered the use of my home for the venue. It would need a lot of sprucing up for the event and I heard about Caring Landscape Services from a friend, so I reached out to George and talked to him about looking at the job. He replied with what was to become a phrase I’d hear over and over from George even though their company was from Washington and my home is in Oregon, “That’s not a problem”. George and his 8-man crew, showed up at my house at 7:00 am, having made the 3 hour drive from the Seattle area to my home in Portland and they got right to work, and after two visits about 8 months apart, my property was transformed into the ‘Wedding Venue’ of my dreams. Their attention to detail and blew me away, they even washed all the windows, inside and out! They designed a new walkway, front yard planting, and a great backyard retreat. The project was below our budget. The stone mason crews were top notch and very professional. As soon as I saw the work he had done, I knew that I wanted him to design a garden for the front of my house in Seattle in the Greenwood neighborhood. Not only do I now have a beautiful garden, but Reese has gone above and beyond the call of duty, so to speak, to be sure that all the plants are healthy AND he has devoted extra hours to explain the watering system to me and be sure that I understand everything. His work is thorough, expert and he is 100% reliable. What more can you ask? Well, he's also an incredibly nice and considerate person!”

“I first started looking for a landscaping company during the summer of 2014. I found Kirkland Land Care online and decided to give them a call. The sales guy who showed up is one of the owner and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to understand what I had in mind for my yard, when sometimes even I was confused about what I wanted. The final design came together perfectly and as I write this review one year later I am still ecstatic about the work they did. Kirkland Lan Care built me a brand new cedar fence, installed a small paver patio and new landscape plantings around the patio area. I was working with a relatively small budget as far as landscape construction goes, but from all the quotes I received and what I see my neighbors doing, I got the most for my money. The person doing the stone patio worked like an artist, he was able to truly match each and every single stone like a master. I am glad to see that they employ smart and knowledgeable people. I would definitely recommend Kirkland Land Care.”

“We hired Rock Solid to do a fairly extensive construction and landscaping project on a new home that we were building. Some friends of our recommended Rock Solid and we were so pleased with their work that we have also recommended them to several of our friends. As part of the project, they installed an irrigation system (particularly hard given multiple levels of retaining walls they had to bore through), improved the drainage in the back yard, built a custom fire pit, installed pavers (very meticulously done to line up perfectly), and completed all of the planting. I should also add that we were having 50 guests visiting our home the night before our wedding and Wade and his team went far and above the call of duty to get the job done on a very tight timeline (literally putting on the finishing touches just a few hours before the party started). I was very impressed with their focus on quality work and high level of customer service. We also use Rock Solid for our ongoing maintenance and are very happy with their responsiveness and service.”
