“Lemus Contracting expertly handled a very complex home renovation project following water damage. The project involved painting, drywall repair, cabinetry, replacing doors, installing a copper farmhouse sink and faucet, replacing a tile backsplash, replacing wood flooring, recarpeting the basement, and a number of other elements. Alex and his team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way and I cannot be more thrilled with the results. I was especially impressed with how they could take my ambitious design ideas and make the a reality within my budget. For example, the copper farmhouse sink I had selected didn't quite work with the existing cabinet doors, so Alex very cleverly crafted a solution out of the cabinets so that I wouldn't have to spend a small fortune on new ones. His solution was genius! He also very professionally handled the issues that come up in projects like this such as when the faucet arrived damaged and had to replaced by the manufacturer. I really appreciated the knowledge and expertise these guys bring to the table and also their flexibility in working with me and my crazy Pinterest-driven ideas. The quality of Lemus Contractings' work is top notch and everyone on the team was a pleasure to have working in my home. I look forward to having them back to make other improvements soon.”
